Who we are

Established in 2024, ArthaX was founded to address the challenges faced by NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs in managing their taxes, banking, investments, and other financial concerns in both India and their countries of residence.

The name “ArthaX” embodies our mission, combining “Artha,” the Sanskrit word for wealth and financial prosperity, with “X,” symbolizing the compound effect of wealth growth.

We believe it is our moral responsibility to educate and empower individuals and investors with financial literacy. From savings and taxes to investments, money management, and understanding their rights and obligations, we aim to guide them toward a healthier financial future. We achieve this through engaging blogs, videos, and quizzes.

Why did we choose this business ?

Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2024, when many people started approaching us with challenges they were facing regarding their NRE and NRO accounts, tax filing, and investing in Indian capital markets, among other issues. Recognising that these issues were widespread among NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs we identified significant gaps in information and knowledge regarding investments in Indian capital markets, tax filing, documentation, banking accounts, and many other areas.

This disparity led us to create ArthaX – a unified platform that brings together international tax experts, CAs, CPAs, bankers, mutual funds and PMS to simplify these processes, making tax filing, repatriation, and investments seamless and efficient.

Amrit leads business administration, financial planning, and client sourcing at ArthaX. He brings a wealth of knowledge with 13+ years of experience in corporate finance, investments, and strategic planning across the banking, solar, and pharmaceutical industries.

An avid reader of investment and personal development books, Amrit also enjoys exercise and yoga.

Founder, COO

Pranita oversees operations and customer onboarding at ArthaX, bringing over 10 years of expertise in investments, client service, and operations. A certified capital market enthusiast, she excels in streamlining client experiences.

Outside work, she enjoys fitness, tracking stock markets, and reading business reports.
